OMG! What is it about a good workout that makes my bowels loosen up (sometimes way too much)? How embarrassing-I REALLY have to go number two after a good, sweaty workout session, and there's no way I can hold it until I get home! I rush into the women's restroom, pee, and then let out some super loud, greasy farts. My only consolation is that they had music playing and I can only pray that the sound of the music somewhat disguised my very embarrassing farts!
