Mr Kelly works for the Domestic Discipline Agency, a job that keeps him very busy. One day the agency receives a call from a Mr Briton, whose wife, Tina, is causing him many problems. Having just received a bill from a credit card company for over £1,000 ($1,500) for his young wife's expenditure, he decides on drastic action.
