Sometimes, we all hit a mental slump. It feels like we do the same thing over and over- the same exercise at the gym, the same routines in gym class, the same commute to and from work. When I feel like I need a break from monotony, I take a look around me to find inspiration. What inspires us is different; I usually people-watch in a coffee shop, and notice how people are moving.
