Paying tribute to the light in the word ENLIGHTENMENT, this series is inspired by spontaneous laughter. It is tempting to shroud our yoga practice in somber wrapping in an effort to convey that achieving this ENLIGHTENMENT is very serious work. The PATH however is not always paved in tears, to this end laughter functions as a springboard for a standing series including standing yoga nidra, both variations on the halves of the moon, triangle pose and warrior pose.
